On a beautiful spring Sunday in April we had the opportunity
to participate in Portland’s second annual Same Love Same Rights LGBT Wedding
expo, made possible by the Rainbow Wedding Network. Held at the newly renovated
and breathtaking Westin Hotel (formerly known as the Eastland), we were excited
to meet some new faces and make some new friends!
Newly engaged couples always have that happy glow about
them, but there was something deeper in the air in the Westin Grand Ballroom
that day. We met young couples eager to embark on their journey together, and
older couples so full of joy to finally have the opportunity to be married to
their partners.
This crowd was not afraid to step outside the box with their
wedding plans, and that was refreshing.
Its always nice to work with couples that have totally new ideas about
what kind of jewelry they have in mind for their big day.
Stop by and say Hi when you are passing through beautiful downtown Center Lovell on Route 5 overlooking Kezar Lake and White Mountains.
