For those of you who have been following you already know that Tara and Trevor have won the 2014 Real Maine Wedding of the Year contest and that the lucky couple has been choosing wedding jewelry and gifts from Harvest Gold Gallery for their wedding in Bethel, Maine. The public has been voting to help Tara and Trevor make their choices for wedding jewelry and gifts. Now it's time for you to help them again by voting on jewelry for Tara's bridesmaids.

Wedding Bands Galore

This week there has been a selection of custom made weddings bands being made in the shop and sent of to their lucky owners. Each ring has something that makes it unique. This ring has 3 different sized diamonds that each catch the light in different ways, along with a band of yellow and rose gold. 

Also sent out this week are these braided Rose, Green, and Yellow 14k Gold wedding bands.

Surprise! We're having a wedding!

Last Friday, here at Harvest Gold Gallery we hosted a "surprise" magical wedding. A wonderful couple and their family came by earlier that day and asked if they could get 2 rings, a person to marry them, and our beautiful wedding destination for that afternoon. 

Luckily, we were able to find Alison, and we got to work with a fun and joyous wedding to plan! 

That afternoon this beautiful couple with their baby on the way got married here at Harvest Gold Gallery in Center Lovell. 

Lynda made this young couple a beautiful set of rose gold wedding bands. He chose rose center with white gold rims soldered together to become one solid ring.  She choose a rose gold band textured like tree bark with 2 narrow rose gold beaded bands for a total of three.  She can wear together or seperately.  These bands are made with love and to last, just like their love for one another. 

Family rejoiced in this couple's love and commitment, and were a strong support team through this new step in their lives.

 Though Christmas is still seven months away, every day feels like it brings a little pre-holiday thrill as we open new packaged orders almost daily!

Today, at the gallery, we carefully unwrapped a returning favorite at the gallery, Smyers hand-blown glass clocks. Stephen Smyers is one of the true innovators of the contemporary  glass movement. Our Latest Wave Wedding Band

Finally, a warm breeze swirls around the gallery, the fall leaves blow away from the tender crocus and green daffodil shoots, snow piles slowly melt away, even a passing convertible goes by with the top down, and our spirits lift. Finally, Spring is here for real! Bill put out a vibrant new "OPEN" sign, Lynda hung a fish wind sock to fill a corner of the house with color. The crocus are blooming. I think the allusive "Spring" is finally here to stay. So, with fresh beginnings, we have some new pieces that we want to share with you from the work shop. We look forward to another amazing season and hope we will see all of you soon!

On Saturday June 23rd Craig and Megan joined together in marriage 

in the field behind Harvest Gold Gallery

A sweet little girl looks at the art and flowers, where so many are captivated by the beauty of the gardens

The chairs were set, and the couple was ready, but the rain had other plans for the day

It was pouring rain the morning of the wedding 

and the Bride and Bridesmaids hid out in the cars parked by the Gallery

Some of the guests and guests of honor made their way inside the Gallery to escape the rain and enjoy the art

Finally, just in time, the clouds broke and the sun shone through, making way for a beautiful bride and a lovely wedding procession

The bride and her brides maids were a beautiful sight, illuminating even the cloudy skies

The sweet flower girls littered the ground with petals, through the arbor, where the bride and groom would take their vows

The couple retreated from the aisle, back through the arbor, as Man and Wife

It was a lovely time for all, at the Gallery overlooking Kezar Lake, 

 in beautiful Lovell, Maine.
